Tenet

Favorite Nolan film upon second watch. Nolan lets his movies be explained as they go along, which is one of my favorite parts of his directing. This movie is the most gratifying in that sense, as this is a world I felt so easily engrossed in and obsessed with compared to his other movies. The acting is stellar, with JDW killing his performance. The time-bending novelty and world-building are what sell the movie though, and only get better with a rewatch. When this movie clicks, it is such a fun time and I think the ambition of the novelty pays off excellently.
