Ratatouille

Why does a rat pulling someone's hair cause a man to move his entire body like remote controls? Does he have the nervous system of a robot? Doesn't matter, its not important how, all that matters is that he can and will he make good enough food to save the restaurant?!? That right there, is a good ass fucking premise.
