why tf is no one talking ab this movie. i know that’s a basic biopic, but come on guys look at this soundtrack, half of the movie is quiet and it s what created most of the tension, but not in the whiplash way, more like emotions and ambitions. who the hell had the soundtrack oscar who. and why ryan gosling didn’t get any nomination ? edit : actually blackkklansman deserved it edit 2 : i still haven’t recovered. damian went for the big star of the oscar, beating records to 2 poor nominations. i feel so so bad and that’s why im currently crying ouhouhou edit 3 (why tf do i keep coming back here): watched an interview of chazelle explaining some shots : this guy is a genius. CAN’T WAIT FOR BABYLON and also my biggest flex is that i went watching it the first time by myself and the theatre was almost empty ( ppl rather watch bohemian rhapsody) and it was like having a date with ryan especially during those close shots. WOW
