Rope

Genuine perfection. How can a movie containing so few characters, covering the same amount of time as its runtime, and being condensed to essentially a single room, be this good?? The characters and their respective performances were so well written. The camera work, blocking, and the long takes were outstanding. Created suspense, intrigue, and made the audience feel so so involved. Also did I mention how gay this thing was???
