Really conflicted on this movie. On one hand the visuals are beautiful, mesmerising even. HAL was a great villain and a good visual on why we shouldn't entrust ourselves completely into AI The ending is intriguing and makes me actively seek about it further But on the other hand, it can be pretty boring a lot of times And Dave wasnt all that interesting of a protag. So in my conclusion, its an overrated movie but not a bad one, not even mid. A good movie that is overrated. Thats all
