When I watched this movie for the 1st time I hated it. I didn’t like lady bird I thought she was annoying and ungrateful. I was in the 9th grade. I am now a senior and J no longer see lady bird as annoying, well not AS annoying. The relationship between her and her mother was so relatable to my relationship with my dad and I started to not only empathize with her but relate to her on a personal level. This is a great movie.
