Saw at BAM on 35mm…gay al Pacino totally rocked my world. Honestly besides godfather this might be my favorite Pacino film. The guy introducing it at the theater said it was based on a book that was written pre stonewall but the movie was made and released post stonewall but right before AIDS which I thought was helpful context. Everyone in the theater kept laughing at how gay Pacino was it was really amazing. I also love the whole sequence of him peeping on the guy from across the street the camera work made it really funny. Also loved the way he kept popping up from behind the wall during that sequence he was really getting silly with it. Minus one half star because he put ketchup on his eggs and I can’t condone that

Should’ve watched the unrated version fml

Fun take on the heist movie
