Mercy
Many people say this movie is pro-ai, but I don’t see it as a pro-AI movie at all. To me it’s more of a warning than an endorsement. It shows how relying too much on AI can strip people of empathy and personal responsibility. The story consistently centers human choice, conscience, and moral struggle as the things that truly matter. Rather than praising AI, it feels like this movie is asking us to be more careful about the power we give it, and that’s what makes the film thoughtful and impactful. Maybe that’s just my personal opinion but i think some people would agree with me.
Also Chris Pratt’s acting was truly sublime.
And seriously this film managed to keep me in such a tense. I would totally watch again, maybe even one of my new favorite movies.
