all he wanted was his mother to love him. I feel fucking destroyed, emotionally and physically, like a deep pain and melancholy feeling in my heart. Haley Joel Osment’s acting was truly something to behold, like damn that kid had talent. And the story was heartbreaking especially the part where he just stays there underwater pleading for the blue fairy statue to make him a real boy, and in the mean time 2000 years go by and the human race dies out, but David still yearns for his mothers love.  Such a beautifully melancholic story of the strength of a child’s love for their mother.
