The Keep

genuinely incredible cinematography and out of this world atmosphere. very weird and not everything holds up but still ruled. lot of good nazi killings the acting and underdeveloped plot don't ruin this at all for me. michael mann is doing vibes, and such a vibe it was. i don't need to understand it at all to get a lot out of it. isn't the most interesting fun and thrilling part of cinema how it makes us feel, and how it gets its hooks in our subconscious? to me the movie has a strong identity and impact. and i respect that
