The Web

This is truly the best short film I have ever seen. Even Mr. Gates, the antagonist, pulls upon the heartstrings of its viewers with his devastating monologue “Oh no. What have I done wrong. I can’t believe this. I’ve worked so hard to get this computer project going. This is unheard of.” However, Fielder’s character, Richard, steals the show with his heartbreaking line, “crap, I have a girlfriend” perhaps forgotten within the chaos of it all. Tears fell from my eyes as Richard and his girlfriend were reunited, however uncertain of their survival due to Mr. Gates’ asteroid microchips. Bravo, Mr. Depp. Bravo, Mr. Fielder.
