Hereditary

I asked my fiancé what she thought about the movie after showing it to her for the first time, and she said, “I don’t like it.”  I absolutely love this movie and think it’s one of the best horror movies of all time. It’s in my top 3 probably. I think it’s a masterpiece.  I think this movie does such a good job at unsettling you. The last thirty minutes in particular is an absolute nightmare. Rarely can a movie ever evoke these kinda feelings from me.  The cinematography in this movie really stands out and I think the movie is gorgeously shot. Some of my favorite shots in horror history right here.  My only real issue with the movie is the pacing could be a little bit better. Everything is kinda packed in at the last act. Not to say the first two acts aren’t interesting, cause they are.   Edit: I also forgot to mention the performances. I read a review and was reminded. Toni Collette is PHENOMENAL!!!!
