The Penguin

He's a man who tells you the story of the devil to the core. He does everything for one goal: the crown. It doesn't matter who's standing against him; he will do whatever he can. His sight is clear and his sharp vision cannot be beaten. He craved attention and he was a liar, manipulator-the man who knew how to speak and influence, decide with precision.
You start out totally believing him; you're thinking, This guy is great. And then when the story's going on and everything is coming out, that's when it actually becomes brilliant, as the writers keep you deluded into thinking he might have a good shot of being one of the good guys-and then BAM, reality in your face.
This is a story with real villain arcs that we hear so much but hardly see so raw and visceral in the details. It is the intensity of the trauma, darkness, and descent into that darkness that becomes almost torturous to watch, yet you are with that character throughout it all.
It boasts top-notch performances from all the cast because everyone gives their absolute best. The storytelling also is very interesting, accompanied by very decent cinematography, mixing warm colors and dark, moody tones to lift the narrative.
