wHiskey!!!

Very cool watch. I learned about rock climbing, also Alex is an interesting dude.

I don’t think I have ever been in more awe of a movie and its control over my emotions. I enjoyed everything about this movie, but more importantly I was so into it. I nearly cried every-time it wanted to be sad, I laughed when it was funny, and I felt grief when there was pain. I am in of the visuals, the direction and how good Ryan Gosling is. This is, I believe, my 10th Ryan Gosling film and it is his best by a country mile. He is so charming and charismatic, and I often found my inner thoughts calling him Grace instead of Ryan. He is so smart and yet so human, and he is very believable in every decision and he thought he makes. The supporting cast is great though minimal, and Gosling shows that he can truly in every way carry a movie. That is to say, Lord and Miller have consistently made amazing and spectacular movies. The fact that I believe this movie is not only in the same category but potentially better than both Spiderverse films and the Lego Movie, just shows how fantastic they are at making movies, and they made this a spectacle to be seen on the biggest screen imaginable. This movie is why I love getting hyped for movies, and why I love going to theaters.

Maybe it’s because I’ve become a bit F1 fan but a movie about racing, with two awesome actors, and a cast that’s great around them, what’s not to like? I will say after watching F1 (the movie) the car cinematography isn’t great but I enjoyed the character moments and I think our two leads our both believable as real people with real emotions. I wish we got more of Jon Berthals character and of Henry Ford 2, but I think this movie is great.
