I honestly fell asleep in the theatre :’( It’s a bold movie with some stunning shots... I thought the fire trucks were SO COOL. I loved the mixed aesthetics of the analog and early 2000 digital noise during the video collage - alluring yet still adheres to our pea sized attention spans. I didn’t like the bad guy chase because it was classic and predictable. For instance, the chase was oddly similar to migration… or perhaps the xenomorph in Alien (1979). Does that make us the xenomorph??? AI the xenomorph??? Just looked at the images and I don’t think I was awake enough to rightfully review this.
