Babylon
I JUST WANT TO BE PART OF SOMETHING BIGGER. TO BE PART OF SOMETHING IMPORTANT, SOMETHING THAT LAST, THAT MEANS SOMETHING
I like to this of this movie as a 'behind the scene' of everything going on in the industry around the 20s/30s. The passage from silent films to sound films, the struggles that came with this change, the parties, the problems. It's so magical, everything is so magical. I love the film industry of the late 20s and 30s, and it was just so enchanting. I was so scared of the 3 hours but at the end it felt faster than a 90 minutes movie. God, it was refreshing almost. The closing scene was just on another level. The changes, the evolution they showed, the emotion, just everything was so intense. I loved the little cameos and references to other actors (like Marilyn Monroe, Gary Cooper, Katherine hepburn and ESPECIALLY Greta Garbo). I will never see another movie like this again
