oh what a horrific dream come true! this movie is so near and dear to my heart considering these kids are facing the most terrifying circumstances and still find the bravery to stand up to their demons. a beautiful reminder that fears can only control as long as we let them. an absolute disturbing masterpiece that deserves to be experienced in a theatrical setting. it shouldn’t bring me comfort, but it does, because no matter what i face now as an adult, at least i’ll never be a kid again, going through what i went through. also it’s canon pennywise jingles when he’s angry
