So much to love, the main thing being it really does feel like a Spider-Man film. The performances are really great, Tom Holland's best outing as Spider-Man, although he was fantastic in the final act of NWH in particular, he is great from start to finish here. Sadie Sink is amazing in what is her first massive film role, I'm sure there is plenty more to come, and as always Jon Bernthal is perfect as The Punisher. Destin Daniel Cretton does an excellent job all around, there was bound to be some cool action scenes based on what he did with Shang-Chi and there certainly was, and also some fantastic web swinging scenes which Holland's films have lacked. New York is used perfectly as well. There is a lot going on and although I don't think anything is really forced and everything included is in there for good reason I'm just not fully sure if it all comes together enough for a higher rating, although this could certainly change when I come to rewatch. Really good stuff.

Messy for sure but a lot of cool moments. Not awful.

I think it’s safe to say The Raid has competition. Absolutely blown away by just how good the action is here, some of the stuff they are doing I don’t even know how they did it. I feel like I’ve been given multiple shots of adrenaline.  Stupid levels of action filmmaking.
