Alien: Romulus

Genuinely and wholeheartedly peak. When I was a kid, the alien franchise was like straight up magic to me. I watched all the OG three with my dad, and they introduced me to a terrifying world where a woman could be a total badass and save the day. I loved horror from those days on. Today, I watched alien Romulus with my dad after having just seen the house I’m moving out into. It felt bittersweet, yet a perfect closing. This movie was BRILLIANTLY suspenseful. And fucking terrifying. I loved it beyond words. (Spoiler area) The chestburster scene absolutely rivaled the first one. It fuckin gOT ME. The gore was fucking AWEOME and it was just so GOOD. ALSo one of the greatest horror screams of all time there Also also there’s a whole scene that feels like a haunted house and I LOVE It. Also also also this whole movie I got SO painfully attatched to Andy and everyone was so fucking mean to him. Fucked up. ALSO I LOVE THE BABY
