The Shining

"Some Places Are Like People, Some Shine And Some Don't.” Cold, eerie, and absolutely stunning to look at. Every hallway feels endless, every silence heavy. It’s not scary in a loud way  it builds a creeping, hypnotic dread. Jack doesn’t explode all at once, he decays. And Shelley Duvall is incredible her performance is raw and terrified in a way that never gets the credit it deserves. The vibe is unreal. Like being stuck in a dream that turns into a nightmare. feels like something I’ll want to revisit again and again.
