Get Out
Jordan Peele is talented af, ladies and gentlemen. No denying that.
Get Out creates tension and awkwardness around you right from the very beginning.
While it might come out as constantly addressing racism, it is so much more than that, and it is told through an original story and a fresh perspective.
When some sequences get a bit stalling, Peele effectively brings in comic relief through the protagonist's best friend played by Lil Rey Howery and he OWNED his screen time. Easily my favourite character from the film.
