I was really hoping this would be the first horror movie to genuinely scare me, but it just didn’t. Don’t get me wrong, the idea of songs having hidden messages has always intrigued me, especially with this film focusing on children’s riddles, but it didn’t land the way I wanted it to. That said, the sound team did their big one with this.
