i’ll be the first to admit that the hater-skeptic within me went into this fully prepared to be unimpressed at best (as has become expected of the perennial netflix sensation) but holy shit? was not expecting the direction this goes in, and it ends up yielding some of the most sharp and pointed examinations of this contemporary cyber-social-hellscape that we’re all simultaneously participants in and victims of. bleak as fuck! the oners are cool, but they could’ve won it even without the oners. they didn’t have to do the oners!
