Jaws

Going into the movie I thought I was about to be bored to death and it was just going to be an overrated movie everyone talked about. But after watching I was completely wrong. The first 20 minutes the dramatics of the score combined with the second death being so shocking it had me hooked. No movie has had me so frightened for the characters than this movie. I also love how they tease the shark until the famous shot of the main character looking shocked after he just saw the shark pop up for a split second. It understands when to have these big scenes by building these scenes up slowly. Making it feel dramatic and shocking like no other. And I have to say this movie was a classic just from the first 20 minutes.
