i'm not gonna lie, growing up i wasn't rlly a fan of mj, like i knew his songs and stuff and my dad had always been a huge fan since his own childhood in the 70s/80s, but i never understood the hype around him esp whenever my dad would go on abt how good mj is...i even had a teacher who was a huge fan of mj, always blasted his songs during class and even met him irl...but back then 5 year old me never truly realised why he was so loved and admired by literally everyone i knew BUT now that i've seen this movie, it's actually opened my eyes and made me finally realise the impact mj rlly had. in music, spreading a message, helping the children/animals, being humble, gaining his own independence and getting back up again after falling - never giving up and giving people a sense of joy and hope from the start 🥹 i literally got shivers down my spine esp during the thriller, billie jean scenes and the final performance of bad at the end of the movie, like what the hell imagine actually being alive at the time and experiencing that era. i js can't wait for part 2 and i'm so hyped up now, someone give jaafar jackson his oscar too ‼️

cillian only had 1 MINUTE of screentime to serve in the court scenes and he did that 🙏🙏

***"He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector...a dark knight"*** SO SO PEAK AND ICONIC OH MY DAYS I WISH I COULD WATCH THIS MOVIE FOR THE FIRST TIME AGAIN

had to watch again cos it's just so peak. and this was my awakening like i love cillian, this movie made me realise how majestic and beautiful he is even as a villain (scarecrow) idc he can hold me hostage and poison me i won't complain 👅👅 AND also a moment to appreciate my guy alfred too, he was there from the beginning for bruce and he stayed loyal to the wayne family and helped him 🥹 i js love how he looks out for him always
