Sing Sing
Reviewing this one months after viewing, but I remember thinking to myself how honest, human, and important this film (and the true stories, people, and work it highlights) are for deepening our understanding and empathy of what true practices, programs, and their qualities, are needed for recidivism. Beautiful and hopeful, I love the friendship that is forged when we truly ‘see’ one another for all of our pain, and especially: for all of our potential.
