The Mist

Was I traumatized by this movie as a child? Yes Does that make my feelings biased about how good this movie is? Yes Despite this I will fight to the end of the earth defending this movie! Okay first off the actors are amazing! Have you guys ever noticed how many of them appear in The Walking Dead after this was released? I think everyone gave a great performance! I also think the special effects are pretty good! I love the world building and the creatures we see come out from the mist. I also think they did a great job establishing mood and building the fear throughout the film. It has excitement, drama, and fear throughout the entirety. The ending destroyed me as a child and for that this film has stuck with me forever. I’m always on the hunt for movies that hurt me like this one did!
