this movie did nothing but reinforce my hatred for raj kapoor. I did not support a single action of his character. the way he treated Radha after he found the letter was similar to how he treated nargis when he thought she was having an affair with dilip kumar in andaz. the two men did nothing but make decisions for radha and I have no idea why she liked either of those chopped bums. they should've just gotten together, seeing as they valued their friendship so much more than Radha's life and happiness. I wish raj kapoor died at the end (at least one person had to die if there was a love triangle in old Hindi movies). I would've preferred her ending up with rajendra kumar, even if he sucked too. I guess that would've been too scandalous for the time, but it's not like raj kapoor had any objections to portraying scandalous subjects in his movies. everything else about this movie is great. I love the songs. har dil jo par karega is probably my favourite. I love the fashion. vyjayanthimala is probably the reason I only wear white suits now. she was so beautiful in this movie, and Rajendra kumar was just ashy, and raj kapoors double chin was flapping around everywhere. I guess its cool that the movie was shot outside of India but its kind of bootycheek 😔

jab jab phool khile if it was an ugly 90s movie

was ranbir kapoor cursed with only being able to play the most heartwrenchingly annoying characters to ever disgrace cinema
