Chainsaw Man

The animation is incredible, and denji is more layered than most people let on - representing the average teen boy (not just the freaky parts), but the self reflection and soul searching, the desire for connection. Aki is a beautiful mediation on fate and mortality. Though there was scenes I found unnecessary or just plain weird, still great anime.
