sigma males really make being Patrick Bateman their whole personality, except they’re the exact thing American psycho is poking fun at… but what does it say about us then as a society to the point where we just write off this behavior as “incel” behavior instead of actually trying to help these young men to become better… but also why do WE have to do this for these people, as a woman of color myself,  I had people try to influence me in so many ways to the point yet I still have a regular mindset and a way of thinking for myself that I’m comfortable with… but really, who am I to say that however I think is “normal”? What even IS Patrick Bateman? Why do we even care about the struggles this man has went through? He’s wealthy, white, a man, and he can appear to be straight? Yet why should our judgements of someone matter based on WHAT they are instead of WHO they are- okay I’ll stop now
