PlayTime

This is the first film I ever added to my watchlist on Letterboxd almost two years ago and the DVD of this film has been sitting on my shelf for a few months and I finally watched it.  It’s so silly and hilarious and detailed and elaborate I could watch this 100 times and not get tired of it and it reminded me of the films I used to make only with infinitely more resources god Tati is so goood I love cinema bababbay. This would probably be an amazing double feature with True Stories which is also one of my favorite movies, can’t wait to watch both a million times.
