Limitless

I have unlocked 100% of my brain. I can be an M&A banker now. Incredibly entertaining, and the cinematic value of this film makes it a great watch. But not necessarily for a second time. I feel like this movie has great action, suspense and mystery, but the plot and character don’t develop in a meaningful way, and the main threat in the movie (i.e. the guy trying to kill the main character throughout the movie is finally revealed at the end, and the circumstance of the conflict is never fully explained. It’s aight. I wish we saw more slow scenes and a deeper explanation of the real drawbacks of the drug in the social context. It’s like a constant chase scene where the guy loses his drugs over and over again. Still worth the watch though.
