This is my favorite movie of all time, and it has been for long time. I'm not sure anything will ever surpass it. Even on countless rewatches it just floors me. All time great movies always have all time great things to point out. 1. An all time opening scene, very Heat like. Which I love of course! 2. The greatest performance in my opinion ever, especially for a villain. Heath Ledgers protrayal is the absolute meaning of chaos. Everything he does is memorable. From the way he alters his voice at times or his line delivery, to his command of every scene. 3. The chemistry is amazing across the board. Bale and Caine, Bale and Morgan Freeman, Bale and Ledger, Eckhart and Oldman, and the list goes on and on. 4. Another amazing performance to point out is Aaron Eckhart as Harvey Dent. Gets overshadowed by Ledger but damn he is also incredible in this movie. 5. So many all time scenes, like the opening, interrogation scene, dinner party, chase scene, pencil scene, the choice, the hospital stuff, and so much more. 6. All time quotes and dialogue. "Whatever doesnt kill you, simpley makes you stranger", "You either die a hero or live long to see yourself become the villain" "If your good at something never do it for free" "Some men just want to watch the world burn" "No no no not me why are coming for me" -So heartbreaking "Im whatever Gotham needs me to be" Just to name a few. 7. Great score! 8. Cool as fuck! From costumes to the dilalogue to batmans badass vehicles. Side note: Have to point out that Batman is my favorite comic book character of all time! Just love the character and it never gets old seeing more and more batman movies. It also helps he has the absolute best rogues gallery. In the end I love this movie from start to finish, and it still to this day keeps my eyes glued to the TV.

Dang kinda divisive film we got here. I actually enjoyed this movie. Great cast, Emily blunt is amazing in this movie as she typically is. I think Spielberg does a solid job at showing what the negative effects of the truth can be but also showing that humans could in fact handle it also. The empathy piece of it all, especially in the last 30 min was really well done. My only issues is the length, which at times you do feel it. Not a huge issue but there are spots that feel long. The other issue is it never felt that special until the end. By special I mean didn't feel grand enough considering the topic. In the end very solid, and felt somewhat like a return to form for Spielberg.

The best superhero origin story right next to Iron Man. I've seen this movie more then any superhero movie ever probably, owned it on DVD for a long time now. It just perfectly tells Batmans origins in Nolan way. I love the stuff with Bruce's dad, and how important his dad was to him. Bruce throughout the movie seeks to find a father figure, with Alfred and also Ra's al ghul. Great performances across the board from Michael Caine as Alfred with his amazing life lessons and quotes. Morgan Freeman as Lucious Fox was perfect casting. Liam Neeson as Ra's al Ghoul sometime gets overshadowed by other protrayals in this trilogy but he is phenomenal. Obviously the big debate is Christian Bale as Batman. Look I grew up with Bale as Batman. I will always have love for him as Batman. I also get some of the complaints and think some of it is justified. BUT he's my batman, while others might be better as Batman, his protrayl will always play an important role in my life growing up. Also Bales chemistry with Michael Cane is one of my favorite relationships in any movie. It's done so well throughout the trilogy, and wraps up perfectly. My only complaint besides some of the ending CJI, is obviously Scarecrow. Cillian Murphy is perfect casting, but you just gotta use him more. Scarecrow is a legit Batman villian that just doesnt get his just due in this movie. In the end possibly the best superhero origin story ever, and was a great start for one of the best trilogies ever. "And Men fear most what they cannot see"

I didn't hate this movie as much as some, but damn this movie is mostly not funny. I think since I went in knowing it could possibly suck, I didn't get myself all that worked up for disappointment. It definitely gets worse the more I think about it, its just not very funny. The first two scary movies are far superior, and packed way more laughs. Shorty played by Marlon, is easily my favorite part. He has some of the more funny moments throughout. It was nice to see the OGs in general. I also had a little fun seeing different horror movies pop up, but unfortunately that's kinda where the good things stop. The new cast is mostly annoying, and really not funny at all. Alot of it at times is just them yelling or saying crazy things but not actually being funny. This movie kinda wasted years of horror films to make fun of. All in all, this movie missed alot more then hit. By hit I mean jokes, a ton of bad jokes.
