Phew okay. How do I even describe this? The perfect meaning, the perfect story, it’s just perfect despite it being as simple as making a simple park. Akira Kurosawa is someone that now inspires me. I want to make people think like this with my own art. There is barely any words that I can use to express how this film made me feel so I’ll talk about some of the symbolism. The dinner scene uses the toy bunny to describe Watanabe’s newfound but short lived vigour as it runs before shortly stopping like how Watanbe lived before he shortly stopped and died in his life’s work.
