Dad, former stage kid, forever chasing that feeling of being swept away. I don’t always have time for movies, but when I do, I feel them. John Williams usually helps. Expect emotions, memories, and stars thrown around.

I truly believe The Room is a disaster, and I enjoy watching it. And now I finally got to see this disaster of a movie, and I enjoyed that too. It was fun to see their take on what happened and try to understand the road that led to The Room.

Oh I love Hugh in sinister roles. But now I need a break from horror’s.

I don’t really watch horror movies anymore, as they became a bit too much for me, but I just had to see this one. What darkness! And what a way to create an atmosphere through colour and the absence of it, discomfort and longing, love and hatred. It was wonderful and absolutely dreadful at the same time to watch this new take on Nosferatu. It delivers exactly what it should, with phenomenal performances. I don’t regret watching it, but I’ll only watch it again if someone in our circle of friends suggests we all watch it together. Thanks for the chills and the nightmares!
