Maybe I am overglazing it bc it's one of the few films that I actually have seen in theatre. Maybe I'm not. Kenneth was totally Trump with all his blind followers saying thay some races are better than others, treating poor people like trash... Plus he wanted to control everything : who lives, who dies, who fuck, how much can they eat... But that obviously doesn't run for him like a true dictator (yeah that's Trump) Moreover, there are some little humiur touch and it's not forced at all it's quiet smooth When Mickey was in that dream, I swear it was really a dream like you don't remember when or how the dream started or when you full asleep I also would wish that Kai had a better character developpement maybe and that we see her more often she seemed nice and I feel like the tension with Nasha should have been more exploited Also I feel like those creature were deeply inspired (on the shape, on the meaning and on the personality) by the ones from nausicaa and the wind valley from Myasaki
