Death Proof

I genuinely love this movie so much it’s truly a masterpiece even though it’s Tarantino’s least favorite. All the characters are so snarky and chic and effortlessly cool in their own unique sort of way. The way this movie is filmed and edited is amazing and it feels so much older than it really is. It has those certain Tarantino trade marks, like the repeat cuts and the switch from black and white to color that I really love. The ending is so excellent and really makes me proud of womanhood. Zoë Bell and Tracie Thoms are so fun to watch and the best part of this whole movie imo. And don’t even get me started on the soundtrack. I have to blast Dave, Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick and Tich everytime i go more than 70 on the freeway. I think watching this movie when i was a kid really shaped the kinda gal I am today.
