Braindead

This movie made me make barf sounds. Which oddly enough, I didn’t hate. There’s a lot of blood, like a loooot of blood and some weird sh*t in general. But that scene with Lionel going back into the womb and then right back out again made watching all that blood worth it. So proud of him for finally letting go of his mommy’s boy ways!!  This movie won’t be for everybody, I’m not even sure if it’s for me, but I’m still extremely glad I watched it. And I love that I could see glimpses of other movies that were clearly inspired by Braindead. Also Lord of the Rings was directed by the same guy?? Like what?? Incredible!
