This movie is better than what you would assume but I genuinely do not know how to describe this movie, I enjoyed it, I think? I laughed out loud at multiple scenes and the fact that someone breast bites off a penis in this movie might make it worth watching just for that. But uhh, its a movie called evil bong that gives you all the info you need.

I really enjoyed this movie, its a remake of a movie I already enjoyed however it was able to do something so interesting with the tone that it almost felt like an entirely different story. Save the Green planet is much more of a black comedic tone whereas this one is much more serious. They are both fantastic films that are somehow able to use damn near the same plot without feeling like the same movie. One of the most impressive american remakes of a foreign film and I am really happy that I got recommended to watch this. I will say knowing the plot from watching the original does take away alot of the suspense.

This movie is one of the most beautiful depictions of a father son relationship in movie history, they way it is able to balance the pure dread that Chris Gardner feels with the fact he has to keep hope for his son is incredible, I love this movie with my whole soul.

Whiplash is one of the best depictions of obsession and self destruction in movie history. I very much enjoyed this movie and the way that it is able to show the decent into self destruction as those around either further it or try to help is incredible. I thoroughly enjoyed the writing and acting.
