Rabbits

Some thoughts as I watched: Oddly relaxing. Good sound design, i like the occasional train whistles, the rain sounds, i don’t care for the synth too much but it works, and the laugh track and dialogue makes a casual watch of this feel very much like falling asleep at a family reunion or in a car on the highway. David lynch does stale home environments better than almost anyone. I bet you could piece together at least 4 different conversations if you rearrange their ramblings. It’s interesting that they each have their own segment of the couch but only Jack and Jane have their own individual monologue. I love when they do red scenes. This is such an aesthetically pleasing and oddly comforting film.
