i am wholeheartedly convinced that john mcclane is one of the leading reasons of positive masculinity progression, this fucker has it all. he fights for what he loves, and who he loves, he remains loyal, he risks literally EVERYTHING for everyone. these action set pieces are something else, like they are just simply another level. the only minus i have for this sequel is that the plot twist felt really out of the blue, like i know it's supposed to be a twist but it just felt sorta cheap. but its fun as fuck so im chucking a generous but deserved four stars for this bad boy. once again, this IS a christmas film and i will hear no more on that matter

always a pleasure to watch before christmas. would love a physical copy of this rather than forking out on disney+ for the month! meh, at least i get to watch some die hards, soul, poor things and some other bits.
