Criminally underrated. This movie can teach anyone that sometimes tough love is just love. It’s one of those childhood classics that most people watch and forget about but still quote it till they’re dead. Everything in this film is hilarious. Even with the comedy when it gets serious it hits you hard, for example the drunk dad and major standing up against him. In the end even the most attitude filled kid basically became a version of major.

Probably some of the worst acting, dialogue wise I’ve seen and it just makes the movie even better.

Mini Tony stark. Great start to mcu Spider-Man’s movies, but could’ve had less focus on being in Tony’s shadow. I did like the parts where they showed Peter’s high school life, which we haven’t seen in other movies. I don’t like the villian designs at all, except maybe vulture but even then it steered to far away from the source material. It is the mcu so it’s to be expected. The twist of vulture being Peter’s girlfriend’s dad was very expected but still a fun twist.
