One of the better zombie movies I've seen. The concept is so fresh and well executed. Of course, it has the common problems a lot of zombie movies have: annoying side characters, people that wait at the absolute last second to do shit, dramatic moments that drag on way too long, you know the deal. However, it's very nicely balanced by the quick witted main antag and protags. It's actually the first time I rooted for the characters to make it out alive! Lots of great horror movies coming out this year, I'm so glad.

i just realized I had already watched this film in its entirety on youtube, through clips sandwiched in between other family guy episodes

dragged on too long and made poor use of such an interesting setting. the explanation of the crime wasn't a tiny bit satisfying either, relied too heavily on things going the right way, but i guess thats a common theme in whodunnits. skip this one

I mean, its a movie i guess? I thought for sure the yellowface would have some part in the plot, but i guessed they were just being racist to be racist. It was right there though! Some parts of it are hilarious, this is scary movie for the mystery genre.
