Dialogue was a little clunky and the jokes didn’t always land, but the performances were gripping. The silent driving scene in particular gave so much emotional depth. I felt seen in a certain way. This movie getting not a single Oscar nomination might be a bit criminal tbh

This movie will have you in a trajectory downwards on the happiness scale the whole runtime. Absolutely no levity. GORGEOUS GORGEOUS DEPRESSION MOVIE🚂

Emerald Fennell needs to stop directing & writing and pick up an ipad and read some Ao3 respectfully
