Amélie

This movie is a living breathing testament to living and let live. We need more Amelie’s in the real world. Small acts of kindness go such a long way; Amelie envisioned a world where everyone was happy and content and used her unique imagination to make those visions become a reality. A movie about helping others without expectations of help in return is the most beautiful philosophy. I could sob while thinking about the impact this movie has. To quote another letterboxd reviewer “not to be dramatic but this film just saved me.”
