The Act
This mini series (that is for some reason on letterboxd) was haunting in all the right ways. I loved how it took it’s time instead of racing to the infamous climax. Gypsy’s relationship with her mother was the show and I felt like I understood they’re dark world perfectly. Toward the end of the season I felt what Gypsy was feeling.
They’re world felt so real because the creators spent time fleshing out their story. It was a real and thorough look into Gypsy’s world and the rough emotion of it all was gripping.
Not to mention the acting my god who knew the kid from Austin and Ally could act. The performances from all the main characters was unbelievably goooddd
