The Devil and Daniel Johnston
Not sure what I expected but it certainly wasn’t all this. It was both comforting and horrifying to watch. Daniel had a pure soul but was tormented by his mind, so sad. This documentary had a sea of audio clips and stories and watching Johnston’s art come to life was inspiring and you must admit his lyrics hit different.
