I loved everything about this. I love the way the city looks on a rainy night, especially the neon signs. I love people wearing bondage in public. I love that there’s not one but two paper mache sculpturists. I love diners and dive bars. I love that instead of just accepting he has to walk home in the rain he decides to just stay and then get upset. This movie makes me nostalgic for nights waitressing on Hampton beach and getting up to no good.
