Ryan Thomas Smith

Probably my movie of the year. The score from Pino Donaggio is easily the best thing from the film and I can't to buy it on vinyl. Nwr's dialog is often clunky but works here somehow, at least for me. As per usual, he made a visually stunning movie. His juxtaposition of sex and violence hits beautifully in Her Private Hell. I need to watch again so I can properly appreciate this movie.

Homecoming is a fun teen movie with lame humor, but still has all the cool Spider-Man stuff I enjoy. The Vulture twist was so cool and effective. I only really love the last third of the movie.

Brilliantly written film, and stands well enough on it's own and paired with the first Exorcist.

This is my third time watching this, first time in theaters. I always forget Citizen Kane has a great sense of humor. The reveal of Rosebud this time definitely hit harder, emotionally.
