Arrival

I didn’t expect it, but this film hit me harder than I could’ve imagined. I couldn’t hold back my tears at the end they carried so many feelings at once happiness, sadness, realization. The idea that words themselves can change and unite people struck right to the heart. It’s a wonderful, truly beautiful film. After watching it, you want to find a million words to describe what you feel and still fall short. To feel is such a gift that’s what we’re meant to do to speak, to connect, to learn, to understand. I can’t put into words how many emotions this movie awakened in me. The power lies in communication, in friendship.  Thank you, Denis Villeneuve this is pure genius.
